Acceptable use
GuideGallery is for sharing photos from tours you've run in person, and for receiving tips for those tours. These rules apply to everything a guide puts in a gallery or on their guide page.
Last updated 7 October 2026
What galleries are for
- Photos taken on the tour, by you or your group
- Guests who were happy to be photographed
- Your review, booking and recommendation links
- Genuine discount codes for places you recommend
- A simple, optional way for guests to thank you for the tour
What guides may not share
- Nudity, or sexual or sexually suggestive material of any kind
- Photos of anyone who asked not to be photographed, or asked for a photo to be removed
- Photos of children without the agreement of a parent or guardian on the tour
- Anything that isn't from the tour: stock images, other people's work, or anything you don't have the right to share
- Anything offered for sale: photos, prints, downloads, digital files or goods
- Presenting a tip as a price, a requirement, or the way to get photos
- Hateful, violent, harassing, defamatory or illegal material
- Links to adult, gambling or illegal services, or anything misleading
- Other people's personal details, such as names, phone numbers or addresses
If the rules are broken
We may hide a photo or a gallery, turn off tips, or close the account. Where the law requires it, we report it to the authorities.
Report something
Email support@guidegallery.app with a link to the gallery or page. If it's a photo of you, use photo removal and it's hidden straight away.
