Delete your GuideGallery account

Delete it in the app

1. Open the GuideGallery app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then Delete account.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

If your Stripe payout balance isn't zero, withdraw it first. We can't delete an account that still holds money, and the app tells you how much is left.

Can't get into the app?

Email hello@guidegallery.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your guide profile and sign-in
• All your galleries and every photo in them
• Your Stripe payout account connection
• Your notification settings and registered devices

Gallery links stop working straight away, so guests can no longer see your photos.

What we keep

Fleek Photos Limited keeps financial records of tips and payouts for 7 years, because the law requires it. They don't include photos. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of what we retain and why.

Guests

Guests don't need an account to view a gallery or leave a tip. To have a photo of you removed, use the contact option on the gallery page, or email us at the address above.
